This bowling Alley has some great upgrades. There are lots of monitors playing various sports. There is a restaurant attached to the bowling alley where you can order some food. There is a small area with some arcade like games. The shoes were a bit painful for me. I didn't like the fit or the comfort level. Our lane was ok. The balls didn't return a few times. The score was recorded wrong a time or two. The kids were very happy with the automatic bumpers that came up to help them bowl. The bathrooms were not so good in the smell department. It was a good experience.

Not too much to say it’s your average bowling alley that is way over priced! They don’t do hourly bowling anymore so it’s pay by the game and you don’t pay till the end so be careful you know which game you’re on. I used to love this place when the prices were great and were on par with the lane quality as well as the experience. Unless they reduce their prices go bowl by the hour and save your money.

Great place for a family outing and to escape from the heat with friends. We visited 4/9/19 for my grandson’s 6th Birthday with our family. We were greeted warmly by the staff and shown how to program our lane for bumper guards on our grandson’s turn. We had a fun time! The kids enjoyed the arcade area near the front. Parking was plentiful and the bowling alley is in a great location near ASU, hotels and restaurants. Highly recommend- can’t wait to come back!

My experience here has never been great. The last time I was here I arrived in the evening. Despite multiple lanes not in use I was told it was an hour wait for a lane. The staff seems dismissive and uninterested.

Very terrible customer service! We have tried to twice to have some fun at stadium lanes and the first time the guy at the front counter was rude and skipped over our group and when we asked him how much longer he said he has to take care of other people first. Knowing that we were there first. Then this next time we went in and the sign on there door says that they close at 10pm it was 8:18 and the guy at the front counter told us that they close at 9. Both online and on there door it states that they close at 10pm.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Customer service is sub par, equipment never worked and each frame out of the two each person bowled we had to go to the desk every time for help with something. Picture to show what we bowled in 45 minutes. That was it. Got a refund for one hour at least. Was told “oh I’m sorry” and that was all. Whoever the manager is, because it’s not the employees fault that it’s run poorly, needs to start training on proper customer service.

This is a great place for a date or for families/friends. The prices are very reasonable (currently $8 an hour for adults) and the building is clean. The staff genuinely cared about our experience and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our visit. We'll be back again soon!

This place is so out dated and most lanes are not working permanently or under maintenance. We had to wait 1 1/2 to get a lane to play. The place has potential if they could just get it up to speed.
